Nausea During Pregnancy What Vitamins Or Supplements Would Help For Terrible Nausea During Pregnancy (1st Trimester)?

What vitamins or supplements would help for terrible nausea during pregnancy (1st trimester)? - nausea during pregnancy

I thought I remembered from nausea was caused by a deficiency or vitamin A in certain minerals, but I can not remember what it was. Perhaps one of the B vitamins, but I'm not sure. It would be useful to know what to do for my terrible nausea. Thank you!

Natural products that are popular and effective in calming the stomach peppermint oil, ginger, DGL (DGL liquorice) and aloe vera. Each of these should help a bit .. Try one or two of them, if they feel sick. Good luck!

I do not think vitamins help with this problem. The N and V is probably the hormones. B-vitamins are definitely good for you during pregnancy, but they do not help bad.

Ask your doctor whether it is safe to take for you to to () antiemetics nausea medication. I've also read that for eating crackers and drinking ginger ale in the morning just before getting up to move out of bed and can be processed.

B6 is once a week. It is a look at the doctor's office. Supplements during pregnancy are not sufficient, except perhaps, if only occasionally ... and you can lose time and money if they are really sick often. My daughter has made all ETC herbs and nothing helped until she was shot and what a relief! Alleviation occaisional get Ginger.

I had terrible nausea during the first 14 weeks or less, and my doctor has prescribed vitamin B-6. It took 50 mg twice a day and felt better. Whether it is a vitamin or a simple adaptation of my body, I do not know. But, finally leaving at around 18 weeks.

oldtimek is correct, only be sure that no more than 4 g of ginger a day as this level has recently revealed an abortifacient.
